Plot

Azad, a jailer at a women's prison in Mumbai, orchestrates a daring hijacking of a Mumbai Metro train with six inmates: Lakshmi, Eeram, Ishkra, Kalki, Helena, and Janhvi. His objective is to negotiate with the National Security Guard (NSG) officer, Narmada Rai, for the release of ₹40,000 crore in exchange for the passengers' lives. The money is intended to aid 700,000 impoverished farmers with loan waivers. Azad's plan is to transfer the funds into the farmers' bank accounts and escape. Through his daughter, Alia, he unveils his true identity as Vikram Rathore to Kalee Gaikwad, a global arms dealer. Following his daring escape, Azad marries Narmada and her young daughter Suchi. His next target is the Health Minister, whom he kidnaps and demands improved infrastructure at government hospitals in exchange for the Minister's life. The demand is met, and Azad and his gang escape once again. However, Narmada discovers Azad's true identity after their wedding, and Kalee's brother Manish captures and tortures them. Azad is saved by his doppelgänger, Vikram Rathore, who had also survived the attack that left Vikram with amnesia. Narmada confronts Azad's accomplices in the prison, leading to her discovery of Azad and Vikram's connection. In 1986, Vikram Rathore was a commando in the Special Ops unit of the Indian Army. He was involved in an operation where his team suffered casualties due to malfunctioning weaponry. The incident led to a complaint against a young Kalee, who was then the supplier of the weapons. That same night, Kalee attacked Vikram and his wife, Aishwarya, separating them and shooting Vikram off a plane. Aishwarya was sentenced to prison for killing three cops on Kalee's payroll who were threatening her. Vikram was declared a national traitor; Aishwarya gave birth to their child, Azad, in prison. Unbeknownst to the world, Vikram survived the attack but lost his memory. He was later found and rescued by a tribal group in northeast India. In the present day, Narmada's subordinate, Irani, is revealed to be on Kalee's payroll. He attempts to assassinate Azad and his gang but is thwarted by Lakshmi, who is killed in the crossfire. Azad kills Irani and steals Kalee's trucks, which contain money for the upcoming elections that will be used to bolster Kalee's political ambitions. Vikram and his team are captured by Kalee's henchmen. Azad releases a video to the public, announcing that he has stolen voting machines and demands the sealing of 253 factories responsible for air and water pollution. The factories are sealed by the government. Kalee arrives, a fight ensues, and Vikram finally regains his memory. Together, Azad and Vikram confront Kalee and hang him to death. A few months later, STF officer Madhavan Naik, who had assisted Azad in his previous missions, assigns him a new task. This time, the target is Swiss banks.
